TO ORDER
Ordering freshly made food can be made through this website you will be required to log in.
If you are not registered with us but still require a delivery, thats not a problem, just call 01698 748 999 or email enquiries@terminal5catering.co.uk Please quote the date of function, the delivery time, number of people, and the chosen menu. All emails will be confirmed by a member of staff. We will set up an account for you on completion of your first order.
Please give us as much notice as possible, otherwise, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you require a delivery before that, we ask that you call 01698 748 999 directly to confirm availability. As always we will endeavour to accomodate your request.
If you are not confident of ordering online, then feel free to download our Fax Back form and faxing it to 01698 744 047. Upon receipt, a member of staff will contact you to confirm.
If using a purchase order system, we ask that it be quoted at time of booking. This will be printed on your invoice.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not accept any cancellations made online or by email. All cancellations must be made by calling 01698 748 999 by 12 noon the day before the delivery date. Any cancellations made after will be charged 50% of the total bill as a cancellation fee.
Delivery is free within our delivery area and there is a minimum order of £20.00.
Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please contact us if you require delivery outside these times
All prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT.
ORDERING THROUGH WEBSITE
To place order through our website, please login. If you are not registered, please complete the form.
Use the menu on the left to browse our selection of food.
To add an item to your basket, choose your required selection and entered the required quantity, then click 'Add to Basket'
You may view and amend your shopping basket at any time as it appears on the right hand side of the screen. Here you have a further option to add by clicking 'Update Quantity' or take items out by clicking on the 'Remove from Basket'.
When you have completed your order, click the 'Proceed to checkout' button.
Enter your delivery details and contact information. Please select how you wish make payment of order. You may choose from, Cash on delivery, Cheque on Delivery, Add to Account or Pay by Debit Card/ Credit Card.
All orders booked through our website will automatically make you bound to our terms & conditions.
Upon Receipt, a member of staff will contact you to confirm order and delivery slot.
PAYMENT
All new customers will be requested to pay by cash on delivery or by using their Debit Card/ Credit Card over the phone before delivery.
If you would like to pay by cheque on delivery, or through the post or your monthly spend on orders will exceed £150, you may wish to open a
Corporate Credit Account. Please
complete form and send it in to the address found in
contact us.
For all account holders, payment is due 14 days after the date of invoice.
